The Cunningham Insurance Agency is an all-lines property-casualty firm with offices in Natchitoches (Cunningham) and Mansfield, LA (Mason, Amox and Cunningham). Founded in 1935 by Mildred Hill Cunningham, our office occupies the original and iconic parish library downtown on beautiful Cane River Lake and is known for its interesting art collection.

Joe P Cunningham Jr., CFP® is a third-generation owner of the agency, purchasing it from his father in 2004. Joe is a past board member of the Independent Insurance Agents of Louisiana (IIAL) and Louisiana Association of Business and Industry (LABI). Joe is also the owner of Cunningham Wealth Management Group, an investment and advisory firm serving clients in multiple states.

The agencies serve primarily small towns, families and small businesses, writing mid- and small commercial lines packages, BOPs, workers comp, churches, home, and autos. The main marketing area is south Shreveport (Caddo Parish) through DeSoto, Sabine, Red River, Natchitoches, Grant, and Rapides Parishes. The agency also writes in east Texas.
